Return, Refund, and After-Sales Policy

 

Trixmall's Return, Refund, and After-Sales Policy provides a detailed framework for addressing buyer concerns and ensuring a smooth after-sales experience. The following guidelines encompass the procedures and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges:

Return and Refund Timeframe:

Buyers have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate return or refund requests. All buyers are expected to adhere to these timelines.

Conditions for Returns:

· Orders must be returned within 30 days in original packaging, undamaged, unused, and with all original hangtags and packaging attached.

· Contact Trixmall via service@trixmall.com for the return address before shipping. Avoid sending items back directly to the original shipping address.

· Trixmall does not cover shipping costs associated with returning products for a refund.

· In circumstances where items are not in their original condition, damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons other than Trixmall's error, a partial refund or restocking fee may be applicable at Trixmall's discretion.

 Non-Acceptance of Return Requests:

Trixmall will reject return requests if orders remain undelivered due to:

· Buyer-related issues such as providing an incorrect shipping address.

· Uncontrollable situations like customs confiscation, delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes.

 Exchange Policy:

Trixmall does not facilitate direct product exchanges. Buyers wishing to switch sizes or colors should repurchase the correct item and then return the original one. For product-related concerns, reach out to customer service at service@trixmall.com.

 Refunds Processing:

· Upon receiving and verifying the returned item, Trixmall will notify the buyer via email and process the refund request within 3 working days.

· The refunded amount may reflect in the buyer's account within 5-7 working days, depending on the policies of different payment service providers.

 Partial Refunds Circumstances:

· Partial refunds may be considered if items are not in their original condition, damaged, or have missing parts not due to Trixmall's error.

· Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may qualify for a partial refund.
